Bone pain relief after adefovir
We examined a group of five patients undergoing long-term adefovir dipivoxil treatment for chronic hepatitis B.

All patients displayed low phosphate levels and reported difficulties walking, among other issues. After stopping the treatment, we focused on phosphate replacement and potassium-citrate therapy.

Encouragingly, after six months, participants experienced significant relief from bone pain, and some even regained the ability to walk independently.

We evaluated the effects of growth hormone therapy on a 12-year-old boy with Hereditary Hypophosphatemic Rickets with Hypercalciuria (HHRH) and found some promising results.

Alongside sodium phosphate and potassium citrate therapy, incorporating recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) and Fluconazole led to improvements in his chronic bone pain and overall growth over six months.

However, it's important to note that while there was progress, the changes in kidney function remained unclear. Our findings suggest that further studies are necessary to confirm the effectiveness of this approach.

Safety is crucial

I found calcium citrate to be the best for absorption. It's essential for many people suffering from calcium deficiency. I studied various supplements and noticed that those from animal sources, while cheap, can be risky due to lead contamination. Unlike other forms, calcium citrate is chemically pure, safer, and avoids the side effects associated with natural origin calcium. This form not only absorbs better but also helps with calcium-dependent conditions like bone pain.

Positive dental experience

I want to share my experience with calcium during dental implants. Almost three years ago, after receiving two implants, I was advised to take calcium+D3. They healed perfectly! Recently, a third implant failed because I wasn't on calcium. Now, I’ve resumed taking it, and I'm confident it aids in restoring bone tissue for implantation.
